Fire destroys home west of Boulder Junction
BOULDER JUNCTION -
A fire that started in a garage destroyed a home west of Boulder Junction.

Vilas County dispatch got a 911 call at 10:47 p.m. Tuesday night about a garage fire at 11868 Platinum Lane in the Town of Boulder Junction.

When emergency crews got there, they found the fire had spread to the main house.

It was a total loss.

No one was hurt, and the cause of the fire is still being looked into.

The Boulder junction Fire Department, Boulder Junction Rescue, Manitowish Waters Fire Department, Arbor Vitae Fire Department, Howard Young medical Center Ambulance Service, Wisconsin Public Service and the Vilas County Sheriff's Office all responded to the fire.
