Bomb threat emailed to the CIA leads the arrest of a central Wisconsin man
ADAMS COUNTY - An bomb threat emailed to the CIA led police to arrest a central Wisconsin man.

Rome Police say 33 year old Chad Wawrzyniak is now in custody, and a bomb squad from Dane County helped recover a device from his property.
Around 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, the CIA told the Rome Police Department about the threat.

The email was traced to Wawrzyniak, who lives in the 500 block of County Highway Z in Adams County.

He told officers he had built a bomb and stored it in a shed on his property.

The Rome Police Department says in the email to the CIA, Wawrzniak had threatened to use a bomb to kill a Wisconsin Rapids man.
