Two Local Non-Profits Host E-Cycle Event
RHINELANDER - North Alliance for Temporary Housing (NATH) and Good News Project are coming together in Rhinelander this weekend to host an E-cycle event.

"We have an e-cycle event that we partner with Good News Project out of Wausau," said Amy Modic, executive director of NATH.

Community members will be able to donate any electronic device as long as it plugs in and is not a major appliance.

Safety precautions are being taken to ensure everybody's safety.

"We'll definitely be using our safety issues," said Modic. "People will be staying in their cars, our volunteers will be wearing protective gear, gloves and masks to make sure everyone is safe."

The last couple of months have been tough, so every electronic counts.

"Every little dollar, every little penny to help us reach that goal in this pandemic is much needed," said Modic.

The event is taking place at the Charter NEX in Rhinelander.
